Hi, I'm Felicity, the owner of Coast & Hinterland Property Management. I founded this company as I saw first hand how property management often takes a backseat to sales in traditional real estate agencies and I knew there had to be a better way!
My journey into property management was somewhat unexpected. After realising my limitations in making the difference I aspired to in pharmacy, I found my calling in property management. What draws me to property management is the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. Our clients entrust us with their most valuable asset—their homes.
Most clients have strong emotional ties to their properties, whether to the property itself or the financial security it represents for their future. In an industry known for its lack of empathy, I find joy in exceeding expectations and treating people with care and respect. I aspire to be recognised as the property manager who genuinely cares, treating every property and tenancy as if they were my own.
